biography

Currently I am working as Research associate in Bioinformatics Group at Department of Computer Sciences, University College of London, under Prof. David T Jones. I am working on the development of a web based tool for predicting protein-protein interactions. I have done Ph.D under Prof. B. Jayaram (Head, School of Biological Sciences) from Chemistry Department, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India. I have worked on the Sanjeevini software.Sanjeevini software has been developed to provide a computational pathway for automating lead design.
