biography

Dr. Rosaria Saletti graduated cum laude in Chemistry at the University of Catania in 1986. Since 1991 she is Senior Researcher of Organic Chemistry at the University of Catania. She has participated to several national and international research programs, has been coordinator of a research unit within the Research Project of National Interest (PRIN) 2006 and has participated to research projects in collaboration with public institutions and pharmaceutical industries. She has been member of the scientific or organizing committee of several meetings and schools and teacher in the Master in "Mass Spectrometric Methodologies and Applications" of the University of Palermo. From A.A. 2009-2010 until now, she has been member of the teaching staff of the PhD course in “Chemical Sciences” of the University of Catania. Her research activity is mainly devoted to the structural characterization of proteins by liquid chromatography combined with mass spectrometric techniques.
