biography

Vincenzo Bassi was born in Naples-Italy on June 11th, 1961. He graduated in Medicine in 1986 and specialized in Endocrinology in 1989 at the University of Naples, “Federico II” (Italy). He attended, with a grant award, University of Pisa (Italy), Endocrinology directed by prof. Aldo Pinchera in 1989-1990. He attended as Ph.D. student University of Naples (Italy), Endocrinology, directed by prof. Gianfranco Fenzi. He obtained his PhD in Endocrinology and Metabolism in 2004. He specialized in Internal Medicine at the University of Naples, “Federico II” (Italy) in 2009. From 2004 to today he is working at the S. Giovanni Bosco Hospital, U.O.C. of Internal Medicine, ASL Na 1 Centro, Naples (Italy). He is author of publications in national and international Journals and reviewer in several international journals in the field of Endocrinology.
