Irdina Drljevic

biography

Dr. Irdina Drljevic graduated in 1990 and completed her medical specialization in 1997 at the Clinic of Skin and Venereal Diseases of the Clinical and University Centre in Tuzla. She spent most of her career as a specialist in dermatology and venereology in her home town of Zenica at the Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases of the Cantonal Hospital of Zenica as the Head of Cabinet for PUVA Therapy. She obtained a title of the first subspecialist in cutaneous oncology in Bosnia and Herzegovina  and she was the first mentor in this field of dermatology.  

She is currently employed at the “Private Dermatology and Venereology Practice - Dr. Drljevic” in Sarajevo and at the Department of Public and Preventive Health and Infectious Diseases of the School of Health Care in Zenica, where she was awarded the title of Assistant Professor in 2011. 

Dr. Drljevic is the first and current President of the Dermoscopy Association of BiH established in 2011. In December 2013, in the capacity of the President of the Organization Committee of the First Winter School of Dermoscopy with International Participation, she made a large contribution in education of specialists dermatologists, plastic surgeons, family medicine doctors and others.
