The Journal of Clinical Pathology and Microbes mainly concentrates on the research associated with the prognosis, laboratory diagnosis of human and animal infections and understanding the role of the pathogens in both infectious diseases as well as in the exposition of epidemiology of infections and enable you to understand the concepts underlying the biology of microbes. JCPM is a scientific, an open access, and international, interdisciplinary and peer-reviewed online journal. The journal interests are in all aspects of Clinical Pathology in man and animals, especially new trends and advances. The journal call for original papers, review articles, technical reports and short communications.
The manuscripts to be submitted to Journal should follow the ICMJE guidelines (CONSORT) for conducting and reporting of clinical trials. The authors must ensure that proper protocol has been followed for conducting the clinical trials and written informed consent form should be obtained from each trial subject before initiating the trial. The IRB or ethics committee approval should be obtained and proper monitoring of the trial should be ensured. All the case studies or clinical trial reports must follow guidelines for statistical analysis and reporting of trial results (SAMPL). The authors must be willing to provide the editorial board with the informed consent form and other ethical approval forms, if required.

Clinical pathology is more concerned with a cross-sectional analysis at the level of the disease itself, studied in depth the cause and mechanisms of the disease, and the effects of the disease upon the various organs and systems of the body. Clinical pathology or laboratory medicine is a medical specialty that is concerned with the diagnosis of disease based on the laboratory analysis of body fluids, such as blood, urine & tissues. It deals with the use of laboratory methods (clinical chemistry, microbiology, and molecular diagnostics) for the diagnosis and treatment of disease. Microbes is the study of microscopic organisms that are either single-celled (unicellular), cell colony (multicellular) or acellular (lacking cells). Microbiology includes many sub-disciplines like virology, mycology, parasitology and bacteriology.
