Abstract
Objective: Preterm Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome is a rare condition, presented with swollen genitalia in preterm female infants. The laboratory results detect elevated levels of estradiol and gonadotropins, while an ultrasound examination often verifies ovarian cysts. The cause of the condition is an immature hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis.
Methods/Results/Conclusion. We are going to show a mini series of three patients with preterm ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome with different clinical courses.
