Abstract
Background: Uterine metastasis from extrapelvic organs is rare, and can be overlooked or misdiagnosed as primary uterine malignancy. We recently experienced cases of uterine metastasis from gastric cancer .The purpose of this study was to present the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and pathologic features of uterine metastasis from gastric cancer.
