Abstract
Chronic pubic region pain can be debilitating for both the patient and physician. We report a 50 year old female who presented to us with chronic pubic pain post vaginal hysterectomy with failed conservative treatment. The patient suffered for 6 years before being referred to us and was living a debilitated life style unable to carry out her daily activities. Ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation (PRF) of the genital branches of the genitofemoral nerve performed after local anesthetic nerve block confirmed the diagnosis yielded a 2 months symptom free interval
