Journal of Gastrointestinal Disorders and Liver Function (JGDLF) Provides broad spectrum of themes in Gastroenterology and hepatology, including the diagnostic, interventional, endoscopic, inflammatory diseases, absorption, prevention, secretion and management of gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary disorders, as well as related molecular genetics and pathophysiology. A crosstalk between basic and clinical scientists in the recent times has revealed new pathways of pathophysiology of the diseases, ultimately leading to new therapeutic targets. These discoveries are changing the way the diseases are now diagnosed, monitored and treated. JGDLF welcomes outstanding contributions in gastroenterology and hepatology from basic research to clinical research, from prevention to treatment, and from imaging studies to novel treatment strategies. JGDLF publishes papers reporting original clinical and scientific human research, which are of high standard and which contribute to the advancement of knowledge or research in the field of gastroenterology and hepatology. The journal offers its readers an interdisciplinary forum for clinical science and molecular research related to gastrointestinal disease and liver function. The journal also publishes Reviews, Clinical Trial, Clinical Study Protocol, Original Research, Editorial, Case Reports on those specific topics, and technical expertise in a single source will be accepted, if of great interest and well investigated. Experts from all over the world will review the manuscripts. The international Editorial Board is dedicated to producing high quality scientific content on interest to researchers and clinicians.
Aim & Scope
The manuscripts to be submitted to Journal should follow the ICMJE guidelines (CONSORT) for conducting and reporting of clinical trials. The authors must ensure that proper protocol has been followed for conducting the clinical trials and written informed consent form should be obtained from each trial subject before initiating the trial. The IRB or ethics committee approval should be obtained and proper monitoring of the trial should be ensured. All the case studies or clinical trial reports must follow guidelines for statistical analysis and reporting of trial results (SAMPL). The authors must be willing to provide the editorial board with the informed consent form and other ethical approval forms, if required. All scientific manuscripts are peer-reviewed by expert reviewers and the most eminent editors in our editorial board member to improve the quality of the article and journal. We follows the Creative Commons Attribution License and scholars open access publishing policies, readers can freely access the published articles through online with unique Digital Objective Identifier (DOI) provided by Cross Ref.
