Dr. Isaac received his Medical Degree from Barranquilla, Colombia. Europe: University Master´s Degree in Biotechnology and Biomedicine, Specialization in Health and Biological Anthropology from the University of Alicante. MBA - Master of Business Administration from the Miguel Hernández University of Elche. University Master´s of Science Degree in Clinical Nutrition from the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia. PhD in Health Sciences from the University of Alicante; Cum Laude thesis (dissertation): “A new therapeutic approach in the treatment of obesity”. Has many years of work experience in medical practice and the nutritional field in Colombia, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden and Finland. He has authored many nutritional original research papers in peer-review indexed journals. Author of a Telemedicine book. Participation in several clinical trials and research projects in the field of medicine and nutrition.
