Amir Yadegari graduated from the University of Tehran, Tehran, Iran, in 2013. He currently works as a research associate at Marquette University. His main area of research is related to the preparation of nanomaterials for biomedical engineering and energy storage; more specifically the biomedical applications of carbon nanostructures including carbon dots, carbon nanotubes, as well as graphene and its derivates. He is also working on 3D bioprinting of high and low temperature biomaterials for hard and soft tissue engineering.
