Marcos Oliveira

Professor

biography

de Oliveira earned his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) in 2005. After obtaining Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in the same Institution. de Oliveira entered the Federal University of Mato Grosso as a Professor.

Area of Interest

His research focuses on the effects of natural compounds (mainly polyphenols) on mitochondria-related signaling in mammalian cells in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
