biography

Dr. Yuge Niu obtained her undergraduate degree in biological technology from China Pharmaceutical University, Nanjing, China; her graduate study was in Microbiological and Biochemical Pharmacy (Ph.D.) from China Pharmaceutical University, and post-doctoral study at the Institute of Food and Nutraceutical Science in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She has 16 refereed journal publications in food science, human nutrition, and biochemistry journals.
