John Fani Srour completed M.D, from University of Damascus, Damascus, Syria in 1994-2000. Since 2002-2003 Clinical Research Fellow, Liver and Kidney Transplant Surgery, University of Illinois at Chicago. From 2010-2011 Clinical Effectiveness in Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Harvard School of Public Health.
In 1999 Certificate of Excellence in General Surgery and Internal Medicine University of Damascus. In 2009 Nominee, for Hospital Medicine Program Teacher of the Year Award, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
