biography

Dr.Myung Sook Choi completed her 'doctrate from Texas Woman’s University , Dept. of Food Science & Nutrition, Texas, USA during 1982. She served as - Director, Center for Beautiful Aging during 2005-2007. She received JFSN Award for Academic Excellence, The Korean Society of Food Science and Nutrition. She published more than 75 research articles.
