Dr.Hyeung-Rak Kim is a Professor of Department of Foodscience and Nutrition,Pukyong National University, Pusan,korea.Previously worked for Pennington Biomedical Research Center, Functional Food Division as Visiting Professor.

1)Isolation and characterization of bioactive (anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-cancer) compounds from seaweed compounds from seaweed
2)Development of anti-obesity functional foods/nutraceuticals
3)Development of natural antioxidants and ingredients that reduce vascular inflammation.
