About Journal

Gastroenterology Research and Practice is a peer-reviewed, Open Access journal that provides a forum for researchers and clinicians working in the areas of gastroenterology, hepatology, pancreas and biliary, and related cancers. The journal welcomes submissions on the physiology, pathophysiology, etiology, diagnosis, and therapy of gastrointestinal diseases. Gastroenterologists and Hepatologists worldwide are welcomed to contribute significant papers relating to basic research, theory, and practice.

 

Aim & Scope

The primary task of JGDLF is to rapidly publish high-quality original articles, reviews, editorials, and case reports in the field of gastroenterology and hepatology. In order to promote productive academic communication, the peer review process for the JGDLF is transparent; to this end, all published manuscripts are accompanied by the anonymized reviewers’ comments as well as the authors’ responses. The primary aims of the JGDLF are to improve diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive modalities and the skills of clinicians and to guide clinical practice in gastroenterology and hepatology.

If for some reason, Researcher/ Author is unable to pay the processing charges, they can submit their applications citing the reasons for a waiver or discount to helpdesk@ommegaonline.org before or immediately after submitting their article.

Waivers are calculated on the Article processing fees of the related Journal after the submission and acceptance of the manuscript.
