About Journal

Journal of Bioinformatics, Proteomics and Imaging Analysis is internationally open access peer reviewed journal which combines and aims to disseminate new frontiers of its focused research fields, to publish high-quality discoveries in a fast-pace, and to promote open access and prompt online publication. JBPIA for efficient publishing aspects of Structural biology, Toxicogenomics, Pharmacoproteomics, Protein Assays, physics, maths, computer science, and engineering. Journal of Bioinformatics, Proteomics and Imaging Analysis covers exclusively both fundamental and applied scientific aspects of Bioinformatics, proteomics, and imaging. The content of the journal includes Protein Assays, Protein analysis & function, Structural biology, Microbial and animal proteomics, Genome assembling & annotation, Image formation, Image processing, Image analysis, Image interpretation and understanding, computer graphics and visualization, and Inverse problems in imaging; Leading to applications to diverse areas in science, Medicine, Engineering, and other fields. Formal approaches, at the level of mathematics and/or computations, as well as state-of-the-art practical results, are expected from manuscripts published in JBPIA. We follows the Creative Commons Attribution License and scholars open access publishing policies, readers can freely access the published articles through online with unique Digital Objective Identifier (DOI) provided by Cross Ref.

Aim & Scope

All scientific manuscripts are peer-reviewed by expert reviewers and the most eminent editors in our editorial board member to improve the quality of the article and journal. We follows the Creative Commons Attribution License and scholars open access publishing policies, readers can freely access the published articles through online with unique Digital Objective Identifier (DOI) provided by Cross Ref. The manuscripts to be submitted to Journal should follow the ICMJE guidelines (CONSORT) for conducting and reporting of clinical trials. The authors must ensure that proper protocol has been followed for conducting the clinical trials and written informed consent form should be obtained from each trial subject before initiating the trial. The IRB or ethics committee approval should be obtained and proper monitoring of the trial should be ensured. All the case studies or clinical trial reports must follow guidelines for statistical analysis and reporting of trial results (SAMPL). The authors must be willing to provide the editorial board with the informed consent form and other ethical approval forms, if required.

Publication Charges

Ommega Publishers sincerely believes and charges reasonably in other words it is one of the publishers that provides a platform which charges economically towards the publication charges so that there are no barriers for free and fruitful knowledge sharing. Ommega Publishers have also classified their charges as defined by the World Bank Country Classification table: High Income countries, Middle Income countries and Low Income countries

Ommega journals are Open Access and do not receive any funding, we solely depend on Authors through membership fees, and article processing charges to meet the expenses like managing the team of Editorial experts and professionals to advance and support needs arising in the fields of editorials boards, marketing and IT, peer reviewing of the articles, editing of articles, developing and maintaining the software and information technology, updating the journal website, archiving of the articles and other costs associated concerning to maintain global standards of Publishing.

Ommega publishers believes and maintains high quality of services and articles through this model each and every manuscript that is accepted attract publication charges.Ommega publishers does not support any hidden costs, charge for color figures,as well as does not charge any additional fees for all the authors worldwide.

If for some reason, Researcher/ Author is unable to pay the processing charges, they can submit their applications citing the reasons for a waiver or discount to helpdesk@ommegaonline.org before or immediately after submitting their article.

Waivers are calculated on the Article processing fees of the related Journal after the submission and acceptance of the manuscript.
